Imagineear

Digital guides that turn a visit into an experience.

Six years of product design for interactive tours across museums, stadiums and cultural attractions, spanning research, UI, prototyping, multilingual experiences, testing and developer handoff.

The context

Every venue had its own story, audience and physical constraints.

A museum gallery, stadium tour and cultural attraction each ask something different of a visitor. The digital experience had to feel native to the place while remaining clear, dependable and simple to use on dedicated guide devices.

The response

Design a flexible experience without flattening the character of the venue.

Research, ideation and rapid prototyping shaped each route before detailed interface design. Close work with developers and content teams supported custom features, multilingual layouts, right-to-left reading patterns and practical handoff.

The outcome

A repeatable process for delivering distinctive visitor experiences.

Real-world testing and iterative refinement helped each guide work in the conditions where visitors actually used it. The approach balanced brand expression, accessibility and technical reliability across a broad portfolio of venues.
