Information you give us
If you email us, book a call, send a project enquiry or use a tool that sends a report, we receive the details you choose to provide. This can include your name, email address, telephone number, business details, website address and project information.
We use this information to respond, deliver the requested service, assess whether we are a suitable fit and manage our working relationship. We do not sell your personal information.
Optional website analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics”, Google Analytics helps us understand page visits, general device and browser information, approximate location, referral sources and whether visitors use our email or strategy-call links. We do not send the content of emails, form entries or other sensitive information to analytics.
Analytics is based on your consent. Google Analytics does not load until you allow it. You can withdraw that consent at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Cookies
We store your analytics preference locally so the site remembers your choice. If analytics is allowed, Google Analytics may set cookies beginning with _ga to distinguish visits. We configure event-level analytics data to be retained for up to 14 months.
Services we use
- Vercel hosts and delivers the website.
- Google Analytics provides optional website measurement after consent.
- Cal.com handles strategy-call bookings.
- Resend delivers requested tool reports and transactional email.
- FormSubmit delivers project enquiry forms to our studio inbox.
These providers process information under their own security and privacy terms. Some processing may take place outside the UK using the safeguards provided by the relevant service.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiries and project records only for as long as they are useful for the purpose collected, required for our working relationship or needed for legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, or object to certain processing. You can also withdraw consent at any time.
